Standard Printing Trade Policies
10% over/under policy: In a nutshell, this means that the actual quantity of printed materials delivered may be a maximum of 10% more or 10% less than the quantity ordered. Your final cost would be adjusted accordingly. Please keep this in mind when you place your order. This rarely comes into play but please be aware that it is not out of the realm of possibilities due to mechanical failures.
For example, if you have an event that has 200 attendees, and you wish to provide each attendee with a booklet, you may want to order about 225 booklets to ensure that each attendee gets one. (if for some reason 10% under are delivered, you would be gauranteed to receive 202 ensuring that everyone will get a book plus a couple more).
 
Cancellations
In short, the dollar amount that you are responsible for paying is based on what stage the project is in when the cancellation goes into effect. In the event a job in progress has to be cancelled, all work performed (ie. art charges) and materials used up to the cancellation notice received will be billed and must be paid in full. If available, items ordered for you may be returned but will incur restocking fees of up to 20% of the cost of the items. Shipping charges will also incur extra charges when applicable.
For example, lets say you placed an order for 100 screenprinted sweatshirts. Since Soft Zone Design is not a manufacturer of sweatshirts, we must purchase them from outside sources to provide you with the finished product. Now let's say that your event fell through and you would like to cancel this order. You are responsible for the following. If we ordered the sweatshirts and now have to return them to the manufacturer you will incur a restocking fee if the manufacturer requires one. You will also incur the shipping charges that we paid to get them to us as well as back to them. If we produced a design, art charges may be billed.

All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Acceptable forms of payment include:
